Florian is an associate in the Bucharest Banking & Finance team. He has been involved in multiple financing transactions advising clients in Romania, CEE and globally, including on both syndicated and bilateral financings, with a focus on energy, agriculture, and real estate.
He has been involved in drafting different Romanian law financing documentation, conditions precedent collection process, perfection and registration requirements and AML analyses. He is part of various working groups and regularly attends meetings that focus on legislative and practical matters that are relevant to the business and finance sector.
