CMS Wistrand har biträtt Spendrups Bryg­geriak­tiebolag vid förvärvet av 51 procent av aktierna i SWAGG Screen & Textile AB.  Spendrups är ett svenskt familjebryggeri som förenar starka traditioner med nytänkande. Bryggeriet grundades 1897 i Grängesberg och drivs av familjen Spendrup i fjärde generationen. Huvudkontoret finns i centrala Stockholm. SWAGG är ett produktionsbolag som är specialiserade på tryck av profilkläder och profilprodukter. SWAGG grundades 1984 av Dave Lax. CMS Wistrands team bestod huvudsakligen av Magnus Forssman, Amanda Espinasse och Amanda Luthman.
