Advising the Three Seas Initiative Investment Fund, 3SIIF, and cornerstone investors including BGK and EximBank, Poland and Romania’s respective national development finance institution on the launch of this fund, in cooperation with 10 countries in Eastern Europe, aiming to contribute to the economic growth and energy security, as well as boost cohesion and unity in Europe, closing the infrastructure gap vis-a-vis Western European countries. The Fund size will be between EUR 3 to 5bn.
Advising Aquila on the structuring and setting up renewable energies funds. Most recently a German Luxembourg master feeder structure with equity of over EUR 300m.
Advising Bank PKO on the sale of its entire stake in the Marguerite fund focusing on energy, climate change and infrastructure development projects across Europe.
Advising Partners Group, global manager of private market investments, on several transactions in the energy sectors including the majority acquisition of shares in the VSB Group on behalf of its clients. VSB is a full-service provider in the renewable energy sector.
