Since the inception of the EU, intellectual property law has been an area of significant EU-wide harmonisation. As a consequence, the UK’s vote to leave the EU has resulted in a great deal of uncertainty regarding the direction that UK and EU IP law will take and on Brexit’s impact on businesses with ties to the UK.
We would like to invite you to our webinar ‘Brexit Management Intellectual Property – An EU and UK perspective', which will take place on 5 October 2016. This session is designed to help UK and EU businesses understand the potential consequences of the vote to leave the EU and provide some guidance on actions that such businesses may wish to take to protect their IP position.
It is relevant to businesses in any part of Europe or beyond.
The speakers will address the key areas of potential change and risk. They will give a perspective from both the UK and the Eurozone.
