Are you in your first year of post-graduate legal training or have you just graduated law school? Do you want a glimpse into modern advocacy with a business approach? Are you interested in working on international deals with colleagues from other countries? Then CMS could be the place for you!
What will you do here?
Our clients include numerous major multinational corporations and private equity funds to which we provide comprehensive legal services. Our work is extremely varied, and in our corporate team you will be involved in:
- providing comprehensive legal advice on corporate law;
- corporate governance;
- legal due diligence investigations;
- advising on both domestic and cross-border transactions;
- providing legal services in restructuring and reorganisations; and
- other corporate and transactional related work.
Who are we looking for?
We pride ourselves on our positive working environment and are looking for a keen person who will fit in with our friendly team. You will learn most things on the job. However, you should:
- have a law degree from a law school in the Czech Republic;
- have a very good knowledge of English;
- be precise and be well organised at work; and
- have previous work experience in advocacy.
