EBA: Benchmarking of diversity practices in the EU banking sector

EBA has published benchmarking results on diversity in management bodies in the EU banking sector in 2024. EBA reports that, although there has been some improvement since 2021, gender imbalances and pay gaps remained at senior levels and has urged institutions to promote gender balance and authorities to review diversity and pay gap practices.
