We stand ready to respond to investigations and dawn raids with a strong defence or through other appropriate means, including leniency applications.

Last but not least we are familiar with the steps that need to be undertaken concerning listings in public registers to protect our clients’ commercial interests against any further negative consequences resulting from decisions to fine (in particular concerning projects tendered by public authorities).
