- When? One-month internships in July, August, and September
- How? Send your CV and cover letter (optional) to bucharest.office@cms-cmno.com by the end of April
- Compensation: These are paid internships; more details will be provided at the interview
Recruitment Process
The selection process consists of two steps:
1. Commercial Awareness Test
- A practical assessment designed to evaluate your ability to analyse and understand a commercial scenario in English which also requires a basic knowledge of economics.
- We assess your abilities in the following areas:
- Commercial focus;
- Planning and organization;
- Analytical thinking;
- Attention to detail;
- Communication and English proficiency
- The test takes two hours and must be taken in person at CMS’s office.
2. Interview
- If you achieve a pass result in the Commercial Awareness Test, we will invite you for a discussion with our Human Resources Manager and at least one representative of a practice group.
- Although we prefer to have this interview in person, in certain cases we will consider holding it online via Teams.
