This morning session aims to provide you with guidance on practical aspects of preparing for a tax inspection, including how to best manage the flow of documents and information to provide the tax authorities in the context of a tax audit, compliance issues to consider, and an overview of the ‘usual suspects’ covered by a tax audit.
We will also look at the legal aspects which are important in the procedure of challenging a tax administrative act and the avenues which can be pursued to obtain a suspension of the enforcement. The aspect of criminal liability triggered in relation to tax audits and the practice of tax authorities in this respect will also be covered.
The briefing session is addressed to legal and tax teams, as well as financial directors. If you think the topic would be relevant to others in your organisation, please feel free to forward this invitation to them.
Please note there is no charge for attending this seminar.
