Unfair trading practices (UTP)

We are at the forefront of advising clients in the field of unfair trading practices which is a relatively new field of law in many countries, including Romania. When evaluating contracts and commercial practices or dealing with complaints and subsequent court proceedings, our experienced team assists clients in complying with the relevant EU and Romanian regulations. In addition, where necessary we defend their commercial interests against unjustified demands from strong buyers and in proceedings before the national enforcement authorities (the Romanian Competition Council and the National Authority for Consumer Protection in Romania).
