We are proud to congratulate Małgorzata Surdek (Managing Partner, CMS Poland and CEE Head of Disputes) and Dorothee Ruckteschler (Partner, Germany and Head of the CMS International Arbitration Group) on their appointment to the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce, as representatives for Poland and Germany respectively.
