We are proud to congratulate Małgorzata Surdek (Managing Partner, CMS Poland and CEE Head of Disputes) and Dorothee Ruckteschler (Partner, Germany and Head of the CMS International Arbitration Group) on their appointment to the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce, as representatives for Poland and Germany respectively.
These are prestigious appointments for Małgorzata and Dorothee personally, and also for the entire CMS International Arbitration Group. We wish them all the best as they carry out their new duties.
