Alina Tihan is a Partner and Romanian international finance lawyer in our International Finance team based in Romania. With over 20 years' experience in law, Alina has been involved in a wide range of complex transactions, national and international, financings, refinancings, loan restructurings, transfers of loan portfolios and single ticket transactions, assisting mainly credit institutions.
Alina has also advised sponsors/lenders, investments funds, prominent real estate investors and developers, from Romania and from the entire CEE region, as well as municipalities and institutions of higher education in Romania. Alina has gained extensive and diversified finance experience including real estate financing, acquisition financing, trade finance for export-import activity and financing in the agribusiness sector throughout Romania and the CEE region.
Alina has also advised on regulations in the field of banking, capital markets and financial instruments. In addition, Alina has significant international experience leading a number of financing transactions from our London and Prague offices.
