Andrei Constantin is an associate in the Dispute Resolution team of CMS in Bucharest, whose litigation practice spans civil law, commercial law, insolvency, tax law, employment law, administrative law and insurance law.
Andrei assists clients in commercial litigation and dispute-related matters, and supports the team at various stages of proceedings. His work includes legal research, drafting procedural documents, supporting litigation strategies, and representing clients in court in complex disputes.
Before joining CMS, Andrei gained hands-on professional experience in the financial and legal sectors that enables him to approach disputes with a strong analytical and commercially aware mindset.
