Raiffeisen Bank International AG and Raiffeisen Bank Romania S.A. on complex real estate and permitting aspects on the EUR 60m financing for Ratesti Solar Plant S.R.L.
DP World on the development of the first intermodal logistic park in Central-Western Romania.
PPC Renewables on their acquisition of a 84 MW operational wind farm from Lukoil Group.
