Bianca is an associate in the Bucharest Banking & Finance Team. She has been involved in multiple financing transactions, with syndicated or bilateral lending structures, in Romania and CEE, such as project finance, real estate finance and acquisition finance, advising both financial institutions and sponsors. She is often involved in drafting and reviewing finance documentation and in the conditions precedent collection process in these transactions.
Bianca is a member of various working groups and regularly attends meetings and conferences that focus on those legislative matters that are relevant to the business sector.
