Dan Pătrașcu is an associate in CMS Romania’s Banking & International Finance team. He has been involved in advising both financial institutions and sponsors on various finance transactions, with syndicated or bilateral lending structures, in Romania and the broader CEE region, mainly in the renewable energy, real estate and healthcare sectors.
Providing clients with tailored legal advice and transactional assistance, Dan focuses on drafting, reviewing and negotiating finance documentation, analysing a broad range of key legal issues and compliance matters that can occur during and post-transaction.
