Madalina is a Senior Associate in the CMS Bucharest Energy team, specialising in energy law and environmental law. She has extensive experience in advising companies in the energy sector, both oil and gas and renewable energy. She has assisted a wide range of local and international clients on matters involving project permitting, development of green and brown field projects, M&A transactions, Contracts for Difference tenders, public acquisitions in the renewable energy sector, photovoltaic and wind projects financing and the certification of energy companies in Romania.
Madalina advised various developers of renewable projects, including Voltalia, LSG Group, Cheiron Energy, Contour Global, Helexia, BP Lightsource, Entek Elektrik Uretimi, Aquila Capital, Volkswind and many more.
