Oana Mina is an associate in the Corporate and M&A team who advises international and domestic clients on a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, divestments and corporate restructurings. She also has broad experience in high value real estate investments and development projects, acting for investors, developers and financial institutions.
Her practice covers corporate governance, M&A, commercial contracts and real estate transactions, with a particular focus on complex share and asset deals. Oana is regularly involved in structuring and negotiating transactions, conducting legal due diligence, and drafting and reviewing key transactional documents, including share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, lease agreements and joint venture arrangements.
