Oana Elena Mina is a senior associate in the Real Estate and Construction team in Romania, with more than 15 years’ experience in advising the clients on a wide range of real estate projects.
She is a highly experienced real estate lawyer, having been involved in major projects on the Romanian market with a focus on the retail, office, logistic, residential, agribusiness and energy sectors.
Having advised both sellers and buyers in sophisticated transactions, she gained experience by coordinating due diligence exercises, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and giving specific legal advice on the structuring and implementation of the transactions.
Her expertise also includes permitting and authorisation matters, urbanism, construction, various types of real estate agreements, land title and concessions, renewable energy, and different agriculture and financing projects.
