Raluca Cretu is an associate in the Dispute Resolution team at CMS Romania, specialising in providing regulatory and commercial advice. She joined CMS Romania in October 2021 and has worked on various transactions, with a particular focus on environmental, commercial and litigation issues. Raluca also has experience in private international law and private international litigation, assisting clients in proceedings before the General Court of the European Union.
Raluca gained experience in advising domestic and international clients on a variety of matters, including drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, drafting and reviewing legal analyses, reviewing and drafting court claims and defences, as well as representation before the public courts.
