Raluca Ionescu is Counsel in the Corporate/M&A Team in Romania, with a focus on corporate and commercial transactions. She has broad experience advising international clients on transactional and regulatory matters with respect to their acquisitions or divestments in Romania, and in particular on the employment aspects of transactions and asset transfers. Her practice includes mergers & acquisitions, coordination of due diligence process, employment, regulatory and commercial issues. Raluca has wide experience working on multi-jurisdictional M&A transactions throughout Eastern Europe, and beyond, regularly working with colleagues throughout CMS and elsewhere.
