Ștefan Mitru is a tax consultant in our Bucharest office with over six years’ experience advising both multinational and local companies on a wide range of domestic and international tax matters. He has a strong background in M&A and restructuring transactions, tax advisory services and compliance, and regularly supports clients across various industries with strategic tax planning.
Ștefan has worked extensively with Romanian and foreign businesses, including those expanding into new markets, and has led due diligence projects, provided VAT advice and compliance services, and represented clients during tax audits.
His sector experience includes energy, oil & gas, manufacturing, consumer products, and financial services.
