One of the largest IT distributors in a VIAC arbitration procedure against its Romanian partner, who is claiming cancellation of a Business transfer agreement and return of the business to the initial owner.
The Romanian subsidiary of one of the largest gaming technology companies in the world, in a tax litigation derived from an audit performed by the Romanian fiscal authorities.
