Maisa Alzahrani is an associate in the CMS Corporate team based in Riyadh and is qualified to practise in Saudi Arabia. She has strong experience across corporate structuring and transactional matters, including joint ventures, M&A, incorporations, and general corporate advisory. Her work includes advising on the establishment of foreign entities in Saudi Arabia, as well as assisting clients with the preparation and review of corporate documentation, including governance matters.

She advises both local and international clients on corporate transactions and has supported on the drafting and negotiation of key corporate documents including share purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, shareholder agreements, and related documentation.
