Wistrand has advised Däckskiftarna’s owners on the merger with Bythjul, a portfolio company of French Mobivia Groupe.
Däckskiftarna is a franchise chain with pop-up stations in large parking lots for grocery retail stores and currently operates 72 tire changing stations across Sweden. Bythjul is owned by the French based car service group Mobivia and is the Nordic region's largest tire and rim store with online sales in the Nordic region and through stores in Sweden.
Däckskiftarna and Bythjul have long been among the leaders in the Swedish tire and rim market. The merger was completed on 13 February 2023.
