Bloomberg has rated CMS as number one not just in one but in two M&A rankings: CMS leads the Europe and CEE rankings in terms of quantity of transactions it advised on in 2010. And Acquisitions Monthly has elected CMS as Mid-Market Legal Advisor of the Year once again.
