Jeanette Yu has more than 16 years’ experience in advising clients on Chinese labour law. She has been involved in a number of significant projects and has advised clients on a wide range of employment law issues such as conclusion of employment contract, employee dismissal, mass lay-off, relocation and restructuring, non-competition, social security, work permit, secondment and visa issues of expatriates as well as handling various labour disputes.

Jeanette has been with CMS, China since 2005. Before joining CMS, she practised law in renowned PRC law firms in Beijing.
