What to be aware of before 1 January 2014
The CMS Civil Code Series aims to inform you of the upcoming changes to the Czech legislation. There will be three session with tips on what to be aware of leading up to the change, and advice from our legal experts on how to implement the new legislation in practice.
The second of the three sessions is: Contracts and Agreements from 1 January 2014

Topics to be covered:
- Basic mechanics of contract law regarding the creation and change of obligations.
- Changes affecting the termination of obligations.
- Fundamental changes to those contracts most relevant for business relationships (such as purchase contracts, employment contracts, etc.)
