What to be aware of before 1 January 2014
The CMS Civil Code Series aims to inform you of the upcoming changes to the Czech legislation. There will be three session with tips on what to be aware of leading up to the change, and advice from our legal experts on how to implement the new legislation in practice.

- Liberalisation of the current rules regarding liability and compensation for damages.
- Prevention of and compensation for damages in B2B relationships.
- Changes in respect of specific legal mechanisms that deal with calculating liability and compensation for damages.
