CMS advises Karlín Group on financing for premium residential project Košinka I in Prague
CMS has advised Karlín Group on the financing of the preparatory phase of their upcoming premium residential development, Košinka I, located in Prague’s Libeň district. The financing was recently signed and drawn down.
The CMS team was led by associate Vladimír Zemaník and supervised by Petra Myšáková, partner and Head of Banking & Finance in the Czech Republic. CMS provided comprehensive legal support, including structuring, documentation, and negotiation of complex financing arrangements.
Košinka I marks the first phase of a strategic initiative by Karlín Group to deliver high-quality residential housing in Libeň. The Košinka project is set to transform a long-neglected brownfield in Libeň, near Karlín - Prague, into hundreds of apartments close to the city centre, favouring smart urban regeneration over greenfield development. It is part of a broader project to invest into urban residential development in Prague.
