CMS advises Pradera on refinancing and top-up of senior loan facility for Homepark Zličín retail park
CMS has advised long-standing client Pradera on the refinancing and increase of a loan facility relating to Homepark Zličín, one of the largest retail parks in the Czech Republic.
The financing, provided by Česká spořitelna, involves the refinancing and top-up of an existing facility and is intended to support the continued operation and development of Homepark Zličín, which offers approximately 33,000 sqm of leasable area in Prague 5 – Zličín.
CMS advised the borrower on all aspects of the transaction, including structuring, negotiation and documentation of the financing.
Pradera is a pan-European real estate investment management platform with a diversified portfolio across retail, logistics and mixed-use assets. Homepark Zličín has been a long-standing asset within its Czech portfolio, and CMS has supported Pradera on this project since the acquisition in 2017.
