Adéla Kučerová is an associate specialising in real estate and construction law, with a particular focus on leasing. She regularly advises clients on lease agreements for office, retail, manufacturing, and residential spaces, assisting both landlords and tenants with day-to-day matters as well as more complex lease negotiations. In addition to her leasing work, Adéla is experienced in real estate transactions, including asset and share deals, and supports clients throughout the entire process – from legal due diligence to closing. She also advises on development projects and has spent time on secondment abroad, working on data centre development.

  • An Austrian real estate investment company on a sale of a hotel in the centre of Prague via a share deal.
  • A US company on a built-to-suit lease agreement for its manufacturing premises in an industrial park in the Czech Republic.
  • An Austrian developer on issues relating to redevelopment of a high-class office and retail building in the centre of Prague, particularly to leasing matters. 
  • A US company on real estate related issues in connection with an acquisition of a manufacturing site in the Czech Republic.
  • An Austrian developer on leasing matters and subsequent sale of two office buildings in Prague via a share deal.
