Andrea Haushalterová is an associate in the Banking & Finance team at CMS Prague. Andrea specialises in acquisition and real estate financing advising both lenders and borrowers. She mainly focuses on security documentation and related finance documentation.

Andrea graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University, Prague in 2021. During her studies, she also completed a two-semester Erasmus programme at the Faculty of Law of the University of Valencia, Spain.

Czech commercial bank in connection with financing the acquisition of the City Point office building in Prague 4 – Pankrác.
A multinational provider of renewable energy services regarding the legal aspects of preparing and negotiating a framework agreement with a Czech investor focused on solar energy projects.
VIG FUND, a.s., on all Czech legal aspects of CAPEX financing related to various client real estate investments in the Czech Republic. CMS assisted the client in preparing and negotiating all financial documents under Czech law and participated in the process of securities collection and transaction closing.
