Andrea Haushalterová is an associate in the Banking & Finance team at CMS Prague. Andrea specialises in acquisition and real estate financing, advising both lenders and borrowers on domestic and cross-border transactions. Andrea coordinates financing transactions and has developed a strong track record in delivering practical solutions across a range of deal structures. 

Andrea graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University, Prague in 2021. During her studies, she also studied at the Faculty of Law of the University of Valencia, Spain. She passed the Czech bar exam and became fully qualified in December 2024.

Relevant experience

  • A multinational financial services company headquartered in France on the financing of the investment stage provided by a syndicate of more than 20 banks to an investment group in the Czech Republic, with a total volume of EUR 1.45bn.
  • A club of banks led by Česká spořitelna on two cross-border financings supporting EMMA Capital’s continued expansion of Magna MedTech Group, a healthcare distribution platform operating across South-Eastern Europe (SEE). The mandates comprised an increase in the existing financing for Serbian medical technology distributor Magna Pharmacia and a new financing for Magna MedTech Group.
  • A syndicate of Czech and Slovak banks, led by Komerční banka, on a EUR 130m top-up facility to Penta Hospitals International, one of the leading health care providers in Central and Eastern Europe.
  • Komerční banka on the financing for the acquisition of Mercedes Benz Praha car dealerships. The new owner, the French RCM Group, is also a distributor of Toyota, Lexus, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz and Bénéteau brands.
  • Karlín Group on complex refinancing, the construction contract with the general contractor, and template sales documentation for the individual residential units for its residential development, ZigZag Haus.
  • Czech commercial bank in connection with financing the acquisition of the City Point office building in Prague 4 – Pankrác, now operating as Coworking WorkLounge.
  • Enery on the refinancing of the Czech solar portfolio consisting of five photovoltaic power plants acquired in 2020 for Czech subsidiaries of Enery Development group.
  • Revetas on the disposal of the remaining assets of its Revetas Capital Fund II’s Project Papa office portfolio in Prague to Ceskomoravska Nemovitostni.
  • A multinational provider of renewable energy services regarding the legal aspects of preparing and negotiating a framework agreement with a Czech investor focused on solar energy projects.
  • VIG FUND, a.s., on all Czech legal aspects of CAPEX financing related to various client real estate investments in the Czech Republic.
