Daniel Szpyrc is an associate in the Commercial, Regulatory and Disputes team and the Head of the Data Privacy practice at CMS Prague. He specialises in assisting clients with employment and data protection issues. 

Regarding data privacy, he regularly supports clients on strategic projects related to the implementation of data privacy legislation. He also advises on the data protection aspects of new products and services, on commercial arrangements involving personal data, as well as internal investigations and data breaches.

Daniel also acts for significant local and international clients whom he advises on the full range of employment matters. This includes day-to-day advice, preparing template documentation and transfers of employees as well as contentious issues and projects, including investigations and redundancies.
