Eliška is a UK-qualified senior associate in the CEE corporate team and is based in Prague. She is a transactional lawyer who focuses on advising financial and strategic investors on cross-border transactions. She has led and coordinated cross-border acquisitions and divestments, including due diligences and the drafting of transaction documentation. 

Before joining CMS, Eliška worked for six years at a top-tier Scottish law firm, during which time she was seconded to the international legal teams of large and medium-sized corporate clients, where she was responsible for legal affairs across a number of European jurisdictions. Eliška was particularly focused on working on oil and gas asset acquisitions and divestments, general joint venture work and negotiating and reviewing agreements frequently occurring in the upstream oil and gas industry, such as licence and field transfer agreements, transportation and processing agreements, and offshore service contracts.
