Huyen Vu Novotná is an associate in the Corporate and M&A team at CMS Prague. She advises on corporate transactions, foreign direct investment, commercial law, intellectual property, and corporate transformations. Her experience spans a broad range of sectors, including technology, infrastructure, automotive, insurance, and retail. Beyond transactional work, Huyen assists clients with internal restructurings and corporate governance, helping them meet ongoing corporate, regulatory, and compliance obligations.
