Jan Nešpor is an associate in the Real Estate team at CMS Prague. He focuses on construction and development and transactional real estate work, including leasing, contract drafting, legal due diligence and legal support on real estate projects, often with a cross‑border element.

Jan works closely with clients on managing contractual relationships, compliance matters and the regulatory aspects of real estate transactions. He regularly supports complex projects requiring coordination across teams and jurisdictions.

The sellers on the divestment of the 5-star Augustine Hotel in Prague to Kempinski Group.
Garbe on a joint venture logistics project with Accolade.
VGP and AREIM on acquisition of a portfolio of warehouse and production projects across a number of European countries.
Patria on the acquisition of Fórum Karlín and Ibis Praha Old Town.
Deka Immobilien on complex leasing matters related to its office portfolio.
