Jaroslav Lepka is a senior associate in the Real Estate and Construction team at CMS Prague. He advises on a broad range of M&A transactions in the real estate sector, including on acquisitions of retail properties and logistic centres. He also has experience managing and negotiating commercial lease agreements for large international and local corporations.

Relevant experience

  • Deka Immobilien on its EUR 460m acquisition of a Czech logistics portfolio from the CTP Group, the largest real estate transaction in the Czech Republic in recent years.
  • Bluehouse on the acquisition of the retail complex Novodvorska Plaza.
  • Flow East on the acquisition of the historical building Dům v Tepmlu in Prague’s Old Town.
  • Enery Development on the acquisition of a portfolio of photovoltaic plants.
