Lukáš Hejduk is a partner and Head of CEE Real Estate and Construction at CMS. He also heads the Czech real estate practice. 
He advises on all aspects of real estate mandates including real estate M&A, construction projects, development, leasing, sale and lease-back transactions and greenfield investments. He specialises in complex property transactions and has extensive experience of acting for international funds, private investors, developers, insurance providers and banks.

Lukáš also heads the CEE Hotel & Leisure sector group. 

He leads the regional team on hospitality transactions and sector specific matters such as hotel management agreements, and hotel lease and franchise agreements. As such he has been involved in mandates in the Czech Republic, CEE, UK and Africa.
