Magda Ullmann is a Counsel in the Corporate and M&A team at CMS Prague. She frequently advises on both the domestic and cross-border corporate aspects of transactions, transformations and restructuring matters including mergers, demergers and liquidations in a variety of sectors. Magda also provides regular corporate legal assistance to clients in their on-going corporate governance and commercial activities.

Magda has broad experience working in large teams across multiple jurisdictions on a variety of matters in the Real Estate and Construction, Hotels & Leisure and Insurance sectors. 

Magda has also been a core member of our CSR group, in particular women in business initiative.
