Magda Ullmann is a Counsel in the Corporate and M&A team at CMS Prague. She frequently advises on both the domestic and cross-border corporate aspects of transactions, transformations and restructuring matters including mergers, demergers and liquidations in a variety of sectors. Magda also provides regular corporate legal assistance to clients in their on-going corporate governance and commercial activities.

Magda has broad experience working in large teams across multiple jurisdictions on a variety of matters in the Real Estate and Construction, Hotels & Leisure and Insurance sectors. 

Magda has also been a core member of our CSR group, in particular women in business initiative.

Relevant experience

  • Corporate aspects of the acquisitions and sales of large real estate portfolios including hotels.
  • Domestic and cross-borders transformations of more than 40 regulated or non-regulated companies over the last five years. 
  • A corporate restructuring of a group of companies in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Poland.
  • A global French real estate group on the sale and lease back on its Czech portfolio.
  • A global French group on the acquisition of a Czech HR portfolio.
