Magda is a Counsel in the Corporate/M&A team at CMS Czech Republic and leads the Prague office's dedicated Corporate Governance and Company Secretarial practice. She heads a specialised international team providing corporate governance, legal entity management and company secretarial support to multinational organisations across Europe, the South America, Africa, Asia and the Middle East.
With more than 15 years of experience, Magda advises clients on domestic and cross-border transactions, restructurings and corporate transformations, including mergers, demergers, liquidations and post-acquisition integration projects. Her transactional background enables her to advise on governance and legal entity management issues across the full corporate lifecycle.
Magda is recognised for leading complex multi-jurisdictional governance, legal entity management and entity rationalisation programmes for multinational groups. She regularly orchestrates international teams across dozens of jurisdictions and serves as strategic relationship lead for key multinational clients, overseeing governance, compliance and company secretarial programmes in more than 40 jurisdictions worldwide.
She regularly advises multinational organisations in the retail, pharmaceutical, technology and industrial sectors.
Magda is an active member of CMS's Women in Business programme.
