Martin Černý is an Associate in the Commercial, Regulatory and Disputes team at CMS Czech Republic who focuses on transactional and regulatory legal services, including contract drafting, due diligence and compliance advisory. He works across a broad range of technology, media and commercial matters, including cybersecurity, data protection, intellectual property, unfair competition, advertising and consumer protection, and supports clients on both day-to-day legal issues and cross-border transactions.

Martin works with a wide range of clients, including corporates, technology companies, financial institutions and insurers. He is involved in advisory and transactional work as well as regulatory and incident-response matters, including acting as an intermediary between insurers and insured parties.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague (Mgr., 2022). During his studies, he also completed part of his education at KU Leuven, Belgium.
