Matěj Řepka is an associate in the Energy, Projects, and Construction team, bringing extensive legal expertise in energy regulatory and transactional matters, as well as EU, commercial, and civil law. Matěj specialises in negotiating and drafting transaction documentation, particularly in the energy and infrastructure sectors, and has worked on transactions involving both international and Czech investment funds.
