Pavel is a senior associate in the Commercial, Regulatory and Disputes Team at CMS Prague. He is a key member of the local life-sciences practice.
Pavel provides advice to life-science companies on health, regulatory, compliance and corporate law issues. Pavel spent over a year on secondment with a global pharmaceutical company where he was primarily responsible for business-conduct matters in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. He also has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating general business contracts, including business conditions. He has also contributed to and led several comprehensive due diligence projects and internal investigations. Pavel advises Czech and international companies regarding their market entry into the Czech Republic. Pavel regularly provides trainings and presentations to healthcare clients on various topics, including public procurement and relationships with healthcare professionals.
Pavel also supports various clients on meeting their on-going legal obligations in terms of filings with relevant registers, organising annual general meetings and board meetings.
