České Radiokomunikace is the leading provider of nation-wide broadcasting and telecommunications tower infrastructure in the Czech Republic.
• A leading European Telecommunications company on an intended acquisition of a leading satellite business company in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, including due diligence and transactional advice.
• Francisco Partners a global technology-focused private equity firm, on the Czech aspects of the acquisition of Vendavo, Inc., a leader in business-to-business (B2B) pricing solutions.
• A Global Telecommunications Group on two competition disputes with the Czech incumbent: (i) a margin squeeze in respect to providing of and access to broadband xDSL internet and (ii) a competition dispute arising out of network sharing issues.
