Ana-Marija Skoko is the head of Croatian Real Estate & Construction Department. Since joining the team in 2006, she has advised mostly large international developers on their investments in Croatian real estate. Over the years, she has specialized in project development – especially in the development of shopping centres. Her main focus in real estate law is on drafting and negotiating sale and purchase agreements, project development agreements, lease agreements, construction agreements (FIDIC), and legal support during the issuance of construction permits.
Ana-Marija Skoko also heads the Croatian Employment Department. In this capacity, she and the employment team regularly advise clients, mostly international corporations, on employment and management contracts, senior executive appointments and departures, employment terminations and settlements, as well as various employment issues relating to work of foreign citizens.
