Filip Bjelinski joined the CMS team as an associate in 2022. He mainly works in the fields of corporate law / M&A and competition law. He provides support with due diligence processes, transactions, corporate changes, and compliance actions as well as providing legal analyses of various issues in these fields. Filip also regularly provides support with drafting contracts and legal analyses in commercial law.
