Hrvoje Bardek has close to 15 years of experience advising national and international clients on corporate and commercial matters. He heads the corporate department and has extensive experience advising mainly international clients and investment funds in Croatia. His expertise includes all types of M&A transactions - both national and international in scope, including mergers, demergers, stock or asset purchases, exchange of shares, joint ventures.

His transactional and counselling practice covers a wide array of industries, with substantial experience in the pharma industry, energy and banking sectors, and other service industries. Hrvoje advises senior management and boards of directors of both publicly and privately held companies regarding corporate governance issues and other compliance matters.

Hrvoje Bardek is counsel at law firm Bardek, Lisac, Mušec, Skoko in cooperation with CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz. He heads the corporate and competition departments and has extensive experience advising mainly larger international clients and investment funds in Croatia.

Hrvoje’s competition focus lies in merger clearances, compliance training, licensing, and joint ventures agreements, and state aid issues. Hrvoje and his competition team help develop sustainable and compliant distribution networks, and are particularly strong in providing precautionary anti-trust and competition advice, including dawn-raid support.
