Lorena Suša joined the CMS team as an associate in 2022. She primarily works in the fields of corporate and commercial law, including M&A transactions and corporate changes before the court registry (i.e. appointment and removal of directors, AoA amendments, etc.). She also regularly conducts legal research and provides legal opinions in various legal fields, such as contractual law, intellectual property, data protection, and competition law.
