Mario is a highly experienced corporate and commercial lawyer with extensive experience advising on M&A transactions. Since joining CMS in 2021, he has continued to develop his expertise by advising domestic and international clients on transactional and other corporate matters. He supports and co-leads M&A transactions across a range of industries, including manufacturing, IT and new technologies, energy, pharmaceuticals, distribution, and logistics.
His broader corporate practice encompasses complex corporate governance matters, the resolution of disputes among shareholders, and advice on capital markets matters.
