Mario joined our team as an attorney-at-law in 2021. Before that, he worked both in law firms and as an in-house lawyer.
His main focus of interest are corporate law and commercial law. Several years of experience in different M&A projects in law firms, as well as vast in-house experience at a big market player in an international distribution and logistics firm makes a valuable contribution to his understanding of our clients’ business operations.
He is regularly engaged in due diligence procedures, transactional matters and other investor-oriented provision of legal services.
